HOW CAN WE HELP?
Viano Decor stages vacant homes only up to 5,000 square feet. We do not stage occupied homes, condos, apartments, or commercial properties. Exception: If we can park our commercial vehicle directly in front of your condominium or townhome and our team has direct access to your front door and no elevators or staircases are needed, we may be able to stage your property. Please contact us directly to see if your property qualifies.
Our team works fast and efficiently. We typically stage a property in 4 hours or less. If the property is between 4,000 to 5,000 square feet, staging takes about 5-9 hours (same day installation).
Full payment is due prior to the staging date. We do not get paid at Close of Escrow or offer any type of payment plans.
Yes. On staging date, if the property is not 100% ready to be staged, home is not clean or if there are renovations of any kind taking place, our team will leave the property immediately and a $500 rescheduling fee will be charged.
Viano Decor offers its services within a 30 mile radius of any of its locations: 4715 E. Washington Blvd. Commerce, CA 90040 and 17965 Sky Park Cir. Unit A, Irvine, CA 92614. We may go up to 40 miles for an additional feel. Please contact us directly to see if your property qualifies.
Viano Decor offers a 45-day rental period. After the 45-Day rental period is over, monthly rental extension fees start at $1,500 a month or $50 a day.
We do not preview properties to provide an estimate. After we gather some information from you, our team will be able to provide an estimate.
Not necessarily. We either preview a property in person or you can send us pictures/video of the property.
We offer vacant home staging services and short-term rental services only (furniture furnishings for rentals, Airbnb, etc.). We do not offer Interior Design or Interior Decorating for Homeowners.
Here at Viano Decor, we are a team, and the client always comes first. If there is a specific look or furniture selection that you are looking for, please share your ideas with our team at least 2 weeks prior to the staging date. We will do our best to accommodate your needs. Please note we do not reserve furniture. If there are any specific pieces that you like in our website portfolio and you would like to reserve them for your staging project, a full payment will be required immediately.
We currently do not sell our staged furniture.
Our minimum packet is our Bronze Packet which covers a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bath accessories and one standard bedroom. This packet starts at $3,200 for a 45-day rental period.

Our team does not have access to a Supra. A lockbox must be installed at the property for access on staging and de-staging date.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 3-7 days in advance. Please note we stage 30+ homes a month therefore, the next available staging date may be a few days/weeks out and we cannot guarantee availability.
The only position we are always taking applications for is the Mover/Driver part-time position. Although we are not hiring designers, interior decorators, looking for interns or any other position, you are more than welcome to email us your resume at staging@vianodecor.com.

Staging your home with Viano Decor is simple. Go to our website under “Contact Us Directly” and submit a form. Once we gather some information from you, we will send you an estimate. If pricing makes sense for you, we will schedule a walk-through and a staging date. Once the price has been finalized, we will send you an agreement and invoice. The next time we will see you is on Staging Day, our favorite day!
